Frequent Questions

What do I do when I get there?

Greeters at the door will show you to a well-staffed nursery with excellent workers who will communicate with you regarding the care of your child.

During the services, you can expect to enjoy clear, God-honoring music and fervent, practical Bible preaching. At the end of every service, there will be an opportunity to reflect on the Bible message and pray. During this time, the pastor and several members are available to pray with you or answer any questions you might have about receiving Christ.

What denomination are you?

As an independent Baptist church, we are not affiliated with any particular Baptist denomination or ruling body. Because of this, we can support our own missionaries, select our own leaders, and support institutions that believe as we believe. In short, our church answers to the Headship of Jesus Christ rather than a denominational body.

We are Baptist, then, by conviction rather than affiliation. This means that we believe the basic Bible teachings for which Baptists have historically stood. For more information on our beliefs, please see Our Beliefs page.

Do I have to dress up?

We are thrilled to have you as a part of our service regardless of your personal dress standards. We don’t want to promote a casual, irreverent attitude toward God, but we also abhor a harsh, judgmental spirit. You won’t be judged based on your outfit, but you will see that we try to dress up, not to impress the congregation, but to honor and glorify the true audience – God.
